To purchase reports, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Opting out does not require third parties who have already received your information to delete or stop using it; to address that, you must contact each third party directly. Complimentary Competitive Intelligence Report for franchisors. Franchise development teams who purchase their first qualified buyer lead through VetMyFranchise will receive one (1) complimentary Competitive Intelligence Report for their franchise, valued at $299. The complimentary report is generated automatically upon completion of the first qualifying lead purchase and is non-transferable. This promotional offer applies once per franchisor profile and may be discontinued or modified by VetMyFranchise at any time without notice. The complimentary CI report is provided subject to the same disclaimers and limitations as paid CI reports — see Section 4 above.
Because our reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, contact us at hello@vetmyfranchise.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
If you believe a report contains significant factual errors, contact us and we will review and correct the report or issue a refund at our discretion.
